COMPOSITION
In 1 g:
Tylosin tartrate………………………………100 mg
Doxycycline HCl………………………………200 mg
Citric acid anhydrous…………………………100 mg
INDICATION
TYLODOX PLUS is effective against infections caused by germs sensitive to tylosin and / or doxycycline. These include: infections of the respiratory, digestive and urogenital systems, such as mycoplasmosis, coryza, colitis, colitis, yolk sac infection, avian cholera, enteritis and diarrhea, necrotic enteritis, saculitis, sinusitis, synovitis, staphylococci, streptococcosis, corynebacteriosis, hexamitiasis, leptospirosis among others. Prevention of secondary bacterial infections following viral infections, stress conditions, vaccinations, relocation, peak cutting, transport, food and weather changes.
DOSAGE AND USAGE
For oral administration twice a day for 3 – 5 consecutive days.
- Poultry: 100g / 200 – 400 liters of drinking water.
- Swine: 100g / 200 – 400 liters of drinking water or 1kg / 2 tons of feed
- Cattle: 500g / 400 animals with 50 kg BW of each.
CONTRAINDICATION
- Hypersensitivity to tetracyclines and/or tylosin.
- Administration to animals with a seriously impaired hepatic function.
- Concurrent administration of penicillin, cephalosporins, quinolones and cycloserine.
- Administration to animals with an active microbial digestion
WITHDRAWAL TIME
- Calves, goats, sheep: 14 days
- Swine: 08 days
- Poultry: 07 days
