ANTISEPTIC SPRAY FOR EXTERNAL USE
COMPOSITION
Each 100 ml contains:
Neomycin sulfate………………………..2 g
Blue methylene…………………………300 mg
Deionized water……………………….100 ml
INDICATION
- Highly effective for the treatment of infected skin, mucous and traumatic injuries, and accidental and surgical wounds, dermatitis.
- Neomycin spray is an aerosol with an antimicrobial, anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory effect.
- Protects wounds from flies and insects. Hastens the healing of wounds.
- (Foot – rot in sheep, local infected area, wounds superficial teat and udder lesions, post – surgical in cattle, sheep, goats, horses, camels, swine, dogs and cats and post-dehorning in cattle)
ADMINISTRATION
- For topical use only. Shake well before use.
- Remove any dead tissue, dried serum or secretions and debris from infection site.
- Wash the wound with cooled boiled water or salt water.
- Hold pack upright approximately 20 – 50 cm from the surface and cover area completely once or twice daily and repeat for 3 – 5 days, or as required.
WITHDRAWAL TIME: None
CONTRAINDICATION: Do not use in animals with known hypersensitivity to the active ingredient.
CAUTION: Do not combine with other type of disinfectant. Avoid getting into the eyes, keep out of reach of children.
WARNING: Do not spray in the direction of flame or fire.
STORAGE
Store at dry cool places and keep out of direct sunlight.
